\"\"<\/em>This week (November 19\"~$^{th}$\" and 20\"~$^{th}$\") Wroc\u0142aw University of Science and Technology hosted the review meeting for the OPMO<\/a> project. Besides the polish members such as WUST, KGHM, KGHM Cuprum, and AMEPlus, we had the opportunity to host the members from Finland, specifically from Tampere University and Metso.<\/em><\/p>\n

On the first day, we were focused on presenting the progress of the work done by individual consortium members during recent months. A lot of current results have been discussed, and many ideas exchanged.<\/p>\n

During the second day, KGHM invited all of us to visit the mineral processing plant in Polkowice. We were able to observe the entire concentration process from raw extracted ore to the concentrate which is the product exported to the smelting plant.<\/p>\n
