On Wednesday (October 29
) the class of children from 63 Elementary School in Wrocław visited the Faulty of Geoengineering, Mining, and Geology at Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
The workshop has been organized as a part of the dissemination activity within the OPMO project. Children had the unique opportunity to learn about the history of the copper mining industry in Poland, visit several cutting-edge laboratories in GEO3EM facility, try to play with the infrared imaging gear, and even try to operate a mobile robot by themselves.
