Special Issue “Vibrations in Materials Processing Machines”

Dear Colleagues,

Modern industrial machines suppose a high intensity of operational modes and specific loading from processed materials. The presence of friction forces and structural non-linearities provokes vibrations in the wide frequency range. Moreover, the stochastic impacts induced by the bulk processed materials can make the process unstable and condition monitoring of the machine a difficult task. The different materials processing machines require specific approaches to their analysis and diagnostics.

We invite authors to submit papers in this Special Issue of the MDPI Vibration journal, which would systematise the existing issues and help to implement appropriate methods and tools for solving the real problems.
