On June 7, 2024, PhD students and young scientists from the DMC took part in a reporting session at the Faculty of Geoengineering, Mining, and Geology, Wrocław University of Technology. They presented the results of their research in a poster session.
The second edition of the international workshop GEOBENCH: Evaluation and BENCHmarking of Sensors, Systems and GEOspatial Data in Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing took place at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow on October 23-24. The GEOBENCH workshop focuses on topics in photogrammetry and remote sensing together with the evaluation of algorithms and sensors in this sector.
On September 20-21.09.2023, a meeting of the ECHO consortium took place at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. The list of participants included representatives from LEKATECH, KGHM Polska Miedź S. A., MNLT Innovations P.C., and WUST as a host of the event. Main goals of the meeting were to present progress in both research and deployment of the Electrical Hammer.
The Wroclaw edition of the XXVI Lower Silesian Science Festival took place from September 16 to 22.

On June 30th DMC members had the pleasure to be part of 22nd ECMI Conference on Industrial and Applied Mathematics in Wrocław organized by our friends from the Faculty of Pure and Applied Mathematics. Mateusz Gabor and Jacek Wodecki presented the results of their research during the Minisymposium on non-Gaussian time series analysis for local damage detection. In particular, Mateusz had the opportunity to refer his latest research conducted within NonGaussMech project.
